HAI Group - A leading property-casualty insurance organization in the United States, specializing in providing insurance solutions and risk management services tailored to public and affordable housing providers.

Position: Digital Project Manager

  • Working directly with the C-Suite and Board of Directors and within the Marketing and Communications Deptartment, I was the driving force behind a complete redesign and replatforming of HAI Groups online presence including a suite of non-profit websites. Overseeing all aspects of the projects, I amplified their brand’s digital footprint and customer engagement overall culminating in higher revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • I oversaw all aspects revamping HAI Groups CRM systems by executing a cost-benefit analysis, prompting selection of Microsoft Dynamics 365, driving integration and company-wide adoption, streamlining operations and enriching customer data management.

Town Fair Tire Centers, Inc. - A subsidiary of Mavis Tire Express Services Corp. operates approximately 2,000 service centers across 39 states including well-known brands like NTB, Tire Kingdom, Action Gator Tire, Tuffy Tire, Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers. These centers offer a range of automotive services, including tire sales, brake services, alignments, and oil changes.

Position: Director of Web Development

  • Working with the Owner and VP of Sales, I was responsible for the overall execution of building an in-house call center. My team and I built custom web applications for call reps and a proprietary CRM for them to manage our customer information. I worked with the phone company to set up the necessary VOIP infrastructure. Hired and trained a staff of 15. And successfully launched a commercial call center increasing sales conversions dramatically.
  • I was responsible for and the driving force behind a successful transition from on-premises hosting to an enterprise cloud environment, overseeing planning, execution, and risk mitigation for all their internal and external environments.
  • At the request of the owner, I created software to track and manage the maintenance of his Gulf Stream Jet.

 

Position: Web Manager

  • I took charge of their basic brochure website and working directly with the owners I was the driving force behind the success of their ecommerce business. Driving online sales from 50K to over 10 million annually, helping the company grow from 63 to over 100 locations in a 4-year span.
  • I spearheaded an All-In approach to digital advertising and convinced the owner to drop old fashion newspaper advertising and move that entire budget to Google PPC. I personally built and managed this campaign, helping the company nearly double in size.

RX Global - LexisNexis Risk Solutions and RX Global are both part of RELX, A global company that provides data analytics and decision tools to help organizations manage risks and improve results.

Position: eSolutions Manager

  • Acting as the company SEO expert, I envisioned, deployed and taught global SEO training seminars, educating marketing teams in Europe and the US on employing advanced SEO techniques to improve their organic search results.
  • Developed and executed CSS and HTML training seminars for the US marketing teams, equipping them with the expertise to work within the constraints of content management systems - bolstering marketing team's operational efficiency, and reducing development team's project backlog.

Position: eSolutions Specialist

  • Advanced into web development and promoted to lead the design and development of 15 event websites annually.

Position: Production Coordinator

  • Working directly with customers, I created advertising materials, managed graphic designers and oversaw all printing facilities to ensure ad materials met deadlines and high standards of production.
